Absolutely upset by the way my situation was handled. I guess loyalty doesnâ€™t mean much to this salon. Unfortunate because my stylist is fantastic and I thought I finally found my go to. After a year of frequent visits, purchases and referrals- I will not be returning. Comfortable, soothing, professional, pampering, easily accessible, free parking, open late some nights...what's not to like? I can't say enough about how good the massage was and how comfortable the room was.

I had an hour to get new makeup picked out. I was put in contact with Chrystal and she listened to my concerns and what I was looking for. I left with exactly the look I wanted. She was patient, kind and made me feel special. I feel pretty, fresh and light... no heavy cloggy makeup. Thank you Chrystal for your help... I will be back for my facial in a few weeks. Cheers!

Love Carrie'L! Every service, every staff member, and every time is a wonderful experience! Everyone at the salon is knowledgeable, friendly and professional...and the results are always fantastic! Can't wait to come back!
