I had been going to another salon on the southside 3 times. This last visit the hairdresser did not listen to my request for more highlights and instead bleached my whole head, I ended up with the most horrific orange roots and a really bad color. I went back the next day to get it fixed, underwent another round of color/toner only to have my hair an absolute ridiculous mix of bad color. I then decided I could no longer trust this salon as they made the problem even worse. I called Divine Hair based on reviews and interviewed them on a possible solution. I got to speak to Jocelyn and she was very understanding and lined me up with Jenn for later in the day. Although my hair is not where I want it to be, had to go dark to get rid of red, the ladies at Divine were miracle workers. Due to the disaster I had come in with they spent 30 minutes discussing the options for correction before starting, and very aware of the need to be very cautious with my fine hair. I have a new salon that has my confidence and appreciation for a job well done. More importantly they are true professionals and understand hair and color!

Service was amazing, very polite staff and the haircuts are well done. It's my main haircut spot and they haven't messed it up yet and I don't see them doing it either.
