This is the worst place to go to for a massage. I went there last week and I haven't even started the massage they were already charging me when you shouldn't even supposed to be charged not until the service is done. When I asked for the receipt they refused to give it to me because they said I paid for a cheap price and can't claim. No health history form was given to me when I asked, so the therapist could review my concerns, etc. The MT took me to the room, didn't even introduce herself and was on her phone all the time. The place was dirty, they were using a crock pot for food for their hot stone massage. The MT didn't even let me know that she was gonna place the hot stone on my back and burnt me. It was a terrible massage. I kept telling her I was cold but never offered me a blanket. I was shaking the entire time and when I asked for a blanket she just threw it at me, didn't even fix it properly. I asked for more pressure and told me I needed to pay extra if I want a DEEP TISSUE massage. When she was gonna turn me over to work at the front of my body I asked if she could spend more time on my shoulders but she was confused as to why I asked her to do so. Her nails were so long that it wasn't even appropriate for her to massage me, or anyone. Her hygiene sucks too. At the end of the massage the MT was massage my neck and she went so deep that I choked and started coughing. I will never go back to this place and I will never recommend this to anyone. A massage therapist that doesn't have work ethics and basically hates her job shouldn't be in the field in the first place.

I would give zero star if possible. Worst service ever. and not a penny of professionalism in any of employees. I called them when I looked up on Group on offer. Their response was, "If you already have bought it group on, you will get appointment after 2 weeks." I told them I didn't buy it yet but was looking forward for it. The lady said , "if you don't buy it group on and come directly to us, we can give you appointment for tomorrow. We will give you same deal as group on". I went there next day. Before treatment, I also asked if I was getting the same deal. They said, "of course". The lady was not trained at all. I had to explain her 6 times that I needed layers in my hair. She messed up my long hairs even after explaining everything. After everything was done, I came to pay. I didn't notice amount as I was in an impression of getting deal. But I was " OVERCHARGED LIKE HELL". When I called them in an hour for clarification, lady told me to do whatever I can and they won't give me refund or anything. Go there only if you want to experience the least trained and least professional employees.

If I could give no stars I would. Very poor customer service! We called to book an appointment for my son and they asked for our number so they could call if they got busy. I said I appreciated that as he had another engagement later that he could not be late too. We arrived on time for our appointment. We waited 15 minutes before being greeted. Once greeted we were told that we would have to wait longer as they had another appointment at the same time. When I asked why they did not call as they had said they would, she said she was too busy. Now we do not have the haircut we needed for the event.

I really enjoy my time here. I got a hot stone massage, and it was very relaxing. My masseuse also made sure I was comfortable with the pressure and the warmth of the stones.

I was scheduled for tomorrow at 6:30 and they called today telling me that they are busy tomorrow and if I can come today at 5:30. Leaving everything, I got there at exactly 5:30 pm and she attended me at 6:08. And let me tell you about girl who was cuffing hair, she was untrained. Didn't know how to cut hair. Not worth spending a penny there. Waste of time and money. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
