I had gone into the salon because I was given a gift card for Christmas.
I noticed that the stations were very dusty and hadn’t been given a wipe down for awhile.
I brought a set of extensions in to show Stephanie what colour I wanted done. Stephanie was nice and did manage to make my hair all one colour (another salon had screwed up and I had two colours in my hair). However, the colour I left with was NOT the colour I had asked for. It was as if she hadn’t toned it at all, or if she did, not properly.
When I called back she said she’d fix it for free by bleaching it again and toning it differently, however I did not go back in as bleaching it again would have just caused unnecessary damage to my hair and was not what the issue was.
Externally pissed off that I paid about $180 and left with hair I was not happy with and she clearly didn’t know how to fix properly...
Now I have to pay another salon about the same amount to fix her mistake...
