Worst experience ever - you could not pay me to go back.
All I wanted was a simple, basic cut.
The stylist gave me a bad cut, then when I called the next day about getting it fixed, she wanted me to wait another 5 days before there was an opening.
When I clearly did not want to wait that long and asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else to fix it sooner, she told me that even if I came back for a fix she would not wet cut it like I wanted because she is allowed to have her "preference" (for dry cutting - which sure didn't work the first time), maybe I should go back to Great Clips, and if I know so much about hair then I should get myself a cosmetology license.
I posted on reddit to ask other stylists if I was out of line (they all said no).
And yes, I *DID* go back to Great Clips, where they were pleasant to work with, happy to give me a wet cut, and fixed their own cut the next day. (All for half the price of this establishment.)
