Worst experience ever - you could not pay me to go back.

All I wanted was a simple, basic cut. The stylist gave me a bad cut, then when I called the next day about getting it fixed, she wanted me to wait another 5 days before there was an opening. When I clearly did not want to wait that long and asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else to fix it sooner, she told me that even if I came back for a fix she would not wet cut it like I wanted because she is allowed to have her "preference" (for dry cutting - which sure didn't work the first time), maybe I should go back to Great Clips, and if I know so much about hair then I should get myself a cosmetology license. I posted on reddit to ask other stylists if I was out of line (they all said no). https://www.reddit.com/r/Hair/comments/w4s3dr/advice_how_to_tell_stylist_what_i_need/ And yes, I *DID* go back to Great Clips, where they were pleasant to work with, happy to give me a wet cut, and fixed their own cut the next day. (All for half the price of this establishment.)

I paid about $32 dollars for a basic trim the first time I came, and today I paid about the same for a big chop. They did a good job on the hair, but the price is too outrageous.

I’ve gone here for over two years now, and loved my results from all of the stylists. Not only are they very prompt with communication, but also they work hard to make sure you’re happy with your results. They’ve will work with you to make sure you leave with the hair you want, and within your budget as well. I would recommend this salon to any one of my friends.
