The lady that did my hair cut it WAY shorter then I wanted AFTER I SHOWED HER A PICTURE OF WHAT I WANTED and proceeded to tell me that she couldnt do it when it was clearly done in the reference picture I gave, didn't cut my bangs like I wanted and completely BURNT MY HAIR! The burning smell lingered for about a week. The whole service seemed rushed, my hair that was PAST MY WAIST is now WAYY SHORTER. They also charged me way more than I was originally told. I will NOT be bringing my services here any longer, I came here for years and NEVER ONCE have I had such crappy service. It was NOT WORTH the 45 dollars I was charged, I can't wait for it to grow out.
