The affordability, quality, and customer service is unmatched! I've been a client for a couple years now - I get so many compliments when I get my hair done. Lean (the owner) is the sweetest, and she is amazing at her job! Highly recommend!!

The owner who cut my hair is amazing. She was very accommodating and gave me the haircut that I wanted (instead of imposing new ideas of looks on me). I highly recommend her and finally I have found a great hairdresser in Ottawa.

Lean is an incredibly experienced hairstylist. I came in and showed her photos of what I would like my hair to look like and right away she understood my vision and came up with a gameplan. A gem of a spot for sure. Great affordability, and Leann puts so much care in her work! Also have the option of skipping the "extra's", which can often drive up costs. Thanks, Leann.
