Always been wanting to come and finally did today. I really like the environment here. I chose the Junior stylist due to the time constraint but the job she did is amazing. Well above my expectation even though the it’s already high. Rina did great job and I’ll definitely come back again.

After not getting my hair cut for almost a year because of a horrific experience last year (at a different salon,) I decided to try a new place and that's when I came across NC Salon. Upon reception the staff were very kind and attentive. They brought tea, which I was surprised and very impressed by. Outstanding service and hospitality. My hair was washed by Reina (apologies if I misspelled her name), who did a spectacular job. The wash was thorough, very well done and not a drop of water went on my clothes (you wear a robe and they tuck a towel in to the back of your shirt and over the robe like most places, but depending on how they wash, I've had many people end up soaking the back of my neck/shirt). I would definitely ask for her next time! My hair was trimmed by Toby, whom restored my faith in being able to have a good hairdresser again (seriously, the haircut I got before was scarring). Toby put a lot of time and care in to my hair and I couldn't have been happier with the result. When he was drying my hair, there was another hairdresser who was not busy, and she came by and helped him dry my hair. I was impressed by how much support the staff have for one another here. I will definitely be returning here and asking specifically for Toby. :) Thank you so much to all the staff at NC Salon for an amazing experience. I will definitely be coming here regularly from now on and highly recommend. P.S. I personally found $55 for wash and cut to be very fair given the outstanding service provided
