I had my hair colored here and the roots turned orange. Went back in the day after and the second stylist did her best, but I am a serious blonde at this point. The first stylist was supposedly a manager and she didn't know how to deal with my dark roots, I guess. Very annoyed and angry. I won't be returning. I would give the location an all-around zero in terms of what kind of products they use (the stylists even said they weren't the best) and the decisions that they make, but I have to at least give it a 1-star rating so it registers. Remember, everybody: When you think your locally-owned hair salon is too expensive and you go cheaper, you're making a mistake. Stay with quality and save up your $ for it.

Great stylists who work with me on my specific and perhaps unusual requests. Very respectful nonetheless. Capable and willing to fix my haircut when I botch the job myself. Kudos to Janelle and Selena!

Okay, these employee's wouldn't know a good haircut if it hit them right in the face. You can tell them a certain style you want, or even show them a picture, they then just proceed to give you a buzzcut no matter what. That's all they ever know what to do, is just buzz your hair right off. It takes no skill to do this, they literally must hate themselves to have this type of work ethic.
