Anne-Sophie is a super hair dresser! She has a great attitude and made me feel so comfortable through out my hair transformation process. She gave me the result I wanted. I was never as happy with my result at any other salon. Thank you Anne. I finally found someone who understands my taste. ðŸ™ðŸ»

Poor online customer service, DO NOT buy here. Bought a hair straightener for 160$ which broke after a year ! Customer service was extremely difficult to deal with even though, pictures and receipt were provided as requested. No offer of exchange or replacement, no attempt to facilitate this either. They said I had to bring the product to the store to VALIDATE the defect. I might as well have purchased a straightener at winners for 50$. Extremely dissatisfied, and unfortunately will not be spending any more of my money there. They just lost a customer.

Booked an appointment online. My stylist was Jalil. I absolutely recommend him! He took the time and patiently understood exactly what color and shade I wanted. We even browsed through pictures to understand the shade & cut. Leaves you completely in love with your look!! Iâ€™m so happy with the experience! Thank you Jalil!! Definitely going to him for all my hair needs!

Went yesterday for the 1st time. I was nicely served. The hairdresser was really nice and listened to my needs. I am not really demanding but I was scared as I find I always get disappointed in the end. I care about the tools used: she only used scissors and not razors or hair clipper so a big A+ for me!! She took her time and I had the length I wanted, the layered I wished. Now I hope this will be easy to reproduce but at first , this was one on my first time I was not crying once I got outside the hair saloon! Thanks!

Got the best haircut ever from Charlotte. She was very attentive, friendly and professional from the beginning to the end. It only took her about 20 minutes to do my haircut, but she got it exactly right - sign of a true professional : )
