I went into Sports Clips around 1230pm today hoping to get a haircut. There were 3 woman who were working (two had just finished with customers & were collecting payment & the other walked out from the back). I waited behind the man paying hoping to ask the woman how long the wait was - as I was on my lunch break and wanted to see if I would have enough time to wait and get a haircut. The woman called the next customer on the list, checked him in and continued to ignore me. (she didn't acknowledge me or even say hello). When she finally looked up at me, I expected her to welcome me and say "we'll be with you shortly, there is a little bit of a wait." Instead (no exaggeration) she turned around the clipboard pointed to the line and abruptly said "you're going to have to sign in and wait." and proceeded to walk away. I went in with every intention of waiting and getting a haircut and potentially returning depending on how I liked the haircut. However, I will now not stop in again. I cannot believe you hire people who have such a lack of customer service/respect.

They only care about getting you in and out and not quality. Management and customer service not responsive to complaints and feedback.

They have signs on the door that say open until 5pm and people inside working, but the doors locked at 2:30. They saw me standing there and heard the phone ringing but didnâ€™t answer or open the door. Then yelled through the glass that theyâ€™re closed. Nice. Will never come back.
