A week ago myself and 2 other ladies went to Ozera spa for pedicures. There was only one person working and, while she tried her best, it took 3 hours for her to do our pedicures. This was just to much for one person and, quite frankly, to much for us, as well. I left stiff and sore from sitting for far to long on the very uncomfortable bench. When I booked I mistakenly made the assumption that we would be in reclining, relaxing massage chairs.I don't typically do online reviews but have been unable to contact this place by phone as it says the number is no longer in service. Very disappointed to say the least.

I don't know about the other services but hot dam are the steam showers nice to climb into on a freezing cold day, seriously if you have a chill in your bones these will get it out!

Cassandra is the best in town for Brazilian waxing HANDS DOWN!! Super quick and friendly and its not awkward!!! the other staff is just as amazing too. Their aveda facials and hot rock massages are out of this world!!

Good friendly staff, owner is great to deal with. The piercer they have on staff and great to deal with and well order custom jewelry without raping you in the cost. Only problem I have is they are not registered with their rosacea treatments so my insurance company won't reimburse anything, my old insurance company used to reimburse it though. I have blue cross, so if you need the treatment for roscea and have blue cross look for a registered place. But if you want great friendly customer service highly recommend it.
