I call 3 days ahead to set up an appointment to get my hair done for my graduation. The day before my graduation I show up on time expecting to get my hair did and there isn't but one person working, she doesn't help me at all doesn't even look at the book to see when I scheduled my appointment. All she can tell me is to come back tomorrow when I'm explaining that my graduation is tomorrow morning so I can't. So no help what so ever. So the day before graduation I can't get my hair did because no one was there have to go to several other places that turns out to be closed called another smart styles and they say they cant do it they wouldn't have enough time. This is the worst visit I've ever had at a smart style and I wouldn't not recommend this location to anyone

the worst ever went to get my hair trimed that was waist length came out with chin length hair cause the girl butchered my hair possibly filing a suit against them.

Very convienant & affordable. There's a stylist named KADAMA that is excellent. She is very professional & knowledgable. They use and sell professional qaulity products also.
