Have been getting my hair cut here since I moved back home, however after today will NEVER be back!!! Made an appointment online yesterday and went in this morning for my haircut. When I arrived I told the lady there that I had an appointment and she asked if I was sure it was there. I told her I was and she said she didn't have anything and was booked until Sunday although there was no one there. I showed her my confirmation email and she said, "Well sorry, I can't do it today." She was VERY rude this entire time. I told her that I always got a clipper cut that never takes over 10 or 15 minutes. She said, "Not today". I asked her for the manager's information and she said she was the manager. I asked her for her name & she replied, "The manager ", I said that I was going to contact corporate and file a complaint and wanted to know who I talked to & she said "the manager I don't need to give you my name". I told her that I had scheduled to get a haircut for this morning & she replied, "Ain't happening today, I might can do it Sunday." I said there was no one in the shop and she said, "I'm waiting on somebody". I didn't have anything to do because had expected to get a haircut so I stepped inside Walmart to where I could see the entrance just to see if anybody came in. While in the store I opened the link to look at my appointment and it said it had been cancelled, was there before and during the time I was talking to her, but strangely cancelled after I walked away. After 25 minutes no one had come in and as I was leaving I looked in and she was sitting in the chair on her phone. She saw me in the mirror and got up and walked to the back. If this was actually the manager, she needs some definite customer service training, I work in customer service & would have been fired on the spot for treating a customer like she did. She was EXTREMELY RUDE AND HATEFUL the entire time I was speaking with her!!!
