The owner of the shop is very rude and unprofessional. What happened to the customer is always right. Just because you own your business doesn't mean that you can mistreat people.

A pack of synthetic braiding hair in a regular hair store ranges anywhere from a $1 to $5 per pack. They sell the same hair for 3 to 5 times more. Why???? And Ya Ya, is rude, disrespectful and she's a "BULLY"
