My daughter, my husband and I went here yesterday to get our hair cut. We have been here before in the past and had great experiences with Jessica, and Rick and a couple others, but yesterday a girl with no name tag but 3 initials on her apron. Was there around 4 or 5. She cut my daughters and my hair. She didn't listen to what we wanted. I even showed her a picture and she still failed to cut our hair right. She cut my daughters hair to short. I pointed out the length we wanted but she cut it 3 - 4 inches shorter than that. She was pulling my daughter's hair and didn't apologize. I know it happens, but you should at least say your sorry. She was unfriendly. I was scared she was gonna cut our ears or stab us in the eye. She wanted a tip so I did 5 dollars but she didn't deserve a tip. My tip would really be learn how to cut hair. I'm seriously thinking we want return. I know for certain she want touch our hair again.

I am not a hair professional therefore I go to a professional when I need something done. I went here today to get a few highlights and got no help with what would look good on me or how many I should get. Even tho I asked her what do you think would look best and where to put them. I almost walked out because I felt like she did not care. But I stayed and then she didn't even get the highlights far enough down to my scalp and they are spots where the bleach bled through to my hair that wasn't in the foil. Paid $50 for something I wish I hadn't have

So done with this place. I live in Nashville am from Athens, so I frequently visit parents and grandparents. I’ve dropped by this place 3 times now when I’ve been in town and every time the haircut has been horrendous. Tried 3 different people hoping maybe it was just the person but it’s not. Hair is not blended in, uneven in the front, and cow licks are completely ignored. Now I’ve got to go back to work on Tuesday with jacked up hair and then pay for another haircut to have it fixed. Idk if it’s training or the lack of caring but if you’re a grown adult I would stay far away from this place. Simple trim is all I wanted.
