I loved my haircut from Audra! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me pick a style that looked great on me. It has to be the best experience I have ever had at a salon. I even got a hot towel for my neck and a small hand massage with this great moisturizer. She took the time to show me how to style my hair every day and made sure I loved my new haircut. I will definitely be back!

Please be careful going here. I went for simple highlights. Total disaster . Audra said come back in morn and she could fix it. That did not happen. If anything it was worse. Now my hair has broken at the roots. I am so embarrassed to go out in public. I just went there for simple highlights because my stylist son is at Vanderbilt .I guess the lesson here is be careful. Why both of them has no clue is beyond me.

I moved to Madison and have been trying various places. Inspire Salon gave me a great hair design by listening to my styling input. I look forward to my next appointment.

The color on my daughter was not good it did not take all over and was obvious as we left that it had not not processed right. We got charged more for just basic color here than I do for an all over color & 2 high light colors [in Chicago!]

Incredibly friendly and personable. Took my kids in and they treated them as if they were the most important clients they had all day. Ms. Kim was fantastic and even gave me a lesson on drying my little girl's hair. We will gladly return!
