Yowza. What a mess. Came here to touch up my pixie cut. She barely looked at the pictures I showed her, or listened when I said my concern was the front of the cut (bangs were too long). She cut a bunch of hair at the back, which really didn't need to be cut so much, and now it's so short it sticks straight up and won't do anything. I had to tidy up the front myself when I got home, because she just cut it in a choppy, blunt line. And when she was cutting my hair, she seemed to just be cutting random sections! She used a weird technique where she'd grab a clump of hair and cut sharply upward, hard, and instead of cutting the hair, the scissors just caught it and ripped it out at the roots. OUCH! I guess you get what you pay for. Go to Head Start Haircare by Target, they do a much better job. Listen to the bad reviews on this place. I didn't.

One of the worst hair cuts I've had in a long time. All I wanted was trimmed and the layers put back in my hair. It looks so choppy. I tried telling her it didn't look right and all she could tell me was to go home and straighten my hair and it would look right. Well I did and it still doesn't look good. Walmart does a lot better job than this place does.
