Macy was so lovely and sweet helping me with my questions and matching products for me. She was knowledgeable of the products and how they work for different skin types. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

A story about my hair appointment: Sheila!!!!! First off, I booked my appointment last minute online, but it all went smoothly when I showed up. Sheila is so bubbly and seemed so happy to see me even though we've never met. My hair had seen way better days, after being bleached, dyed multiple times, and in the sun and the sea over the past few months it was DRY. It needed some serious TLC. I was almost embarrassed to sit in Sheila's chair and talk about what I wanted, worried she would lecture or shun me for not taking better care of it - as some hair stylists do. That was not the case at all! She was super sweet and suggested I get a pH balance treatment for nourishment. Which has made my hair 10xs better. I told her I wanted to keep as much length as possible even though a lot of it is damaged. She listened! She didn't try to chop it all off even though it probably should be. I'm in love with my hair and she brought it back to life. She has magic in her hands!

I love Ulta as a place to purchase my make up and hair products! however, I have used the Salon there 2x and my hair was ruined both times. The stylist do not know what they are doing! and it is very expensive. I paid a lot for cut and color and didn't get what I wanted and I have to pay someone else to redo my hair. right before family pictures too! such a waste of time! The stylist I saw recently was named Robin.

I drive all the way to Decatur Ulta from Huntsville because this Bridgestreet Ulta is by far the worst I have been in! The staff is extremely rude and judgmental, very little or no stock on products even drugstore brands :-/ Why did this ulta have to become like the awful bridgestreet sephora?! *sigh*

Not only did this location HUMILIATE my friend, they also accused her of being racist based on video footage. I’m sorry, but to me that really isn’t sufficient enough evidence to make such aqusations towards a customer. Two employees blatantly ignored a shy customer who had been waiting for 30 minutes for help while they wasted time talking to themselves. And I thought my location was bad. #boycottulta
