My sister-in-law went in for a haircut before the holidays (by Logan)after seeing all the good reviews and we all thought it was so cute I booked an appointment with owner Candy for cut and color. I’m from Atlanta and have worked with lots of talented stylists over years so I will admit I was a little nervous trying someone new in a smaller town but I was so happy with the services. The customer service was terrific and Candy’s skills are impressive. My cut was just what I’d hoped for, as was my color. (She’s a master colorist!) While there, I also got my brows waxed and tinted. One stop beauty shop! Love it. Will definitely be back. PS: I have really fine graying hair with a tender scalp but that was no issue :)

We moved here a few months ago, and looking for a new hair stylist is one of my least favorite things about moving. I found Nicole Allen online and it seemed like a good fit, so I thought I would try it. I just went to this salon today and had the BEST experience. Candy did my hair, and she did an amazing job and so easy to talk to. It is not easy to find someone who cuts short hair perfectly, but she did. I was so impressed. If you are looking for a hair salon expert in everything hair....GO HERE. I love them. Everyone is so friendly with the clients and with each other. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you, Candy, for helping my confidence grow!!

I have been coming to Nicole Allan since Candy opened up her salon. Her & her employees are like family. I love my "me time" & I always leave happy! I love my color & cuts. Prices are always as advertised.There are price differences but it is because they train & teach. I love how they love to teach & grow the salon. As with everything in life you get what you pay for & you should always ask for a price before your service. 💗Love my Nicole Allan Salon Family!! OH & not only does she do a great job with my hair she does a fabulous job with my daughter with her curly hair. She has cut her hair since her first hair cut & even with HER first hair cut. She blended it well & I didn't have to chop it! She works wonders & Adalyn loves her braiding her hair!

I have been an employee at Nicole Allen salon since candy and Jeff opened. I have been very happy and treated very well over the years. I have watched the two of them work very hard to build this business and I'm so proud of both of them. Clients are and have always been priority with us. We all strive to grow and lift each other up. Since working here my husband and I were married and had two sweet little boys. Candy and Jeff have been so supportive, helpful, understanding, and loving to my family and they have wanted nothing but the best for us. Education and growth is always a priority at Nicole Allen. Our clients become some of our closest friends and that is a relationship we cherish as stylist. My clients have always felt right at home. I'm thankful to be an employee and friend of this salon family. Nicole Allen has been a blessing to my family and I look forward to many years to come. ❤

Came in as a walkin for the most part very last min, but they where nice in allowing me to come in with short notice. My hair had been horribly colored and burnt as well as my scalp had been horribly damaged and because of this is now very sensitive. Have never received this much attention and care to my needs and wants. They not only did what they could to give me what I was asking for which wasn’t easy, they also repaired my hair and helped instruct me in caring for my hair and scalp at home. Came back a week later for a deep conditioner treatment for my hair and had to bring my sick son with me. Again the customer service was amazing. And although my son was not much trouble he began to have a cough attack while there and I felt bad for bringing him out. But while there the staff and Candy and her crew are the best. You can tell their level of experience and knowledge in hair, which is VERY HARD to find in DOTHAN Al I’m from a large city and you don’t find good colorists and hair stylist here. This place is my forever home while here or in this area! I recommend this place over all others and to include Posh who was the place to distroy my scalp and hair! Although they rave to be the best around here, and they may have one or two nice people working in there, over all I find their facility full of pretentious, stuck up, self entitled and arrogant people! They have one blond there up front that is the absolute worst! I also don’t see giving my money to people when you want to make an appointment, always make themselves seem to booked to see or schedule you in for months ahead, only to call you a few weeks later asking you to come in. I hate to wait and I have already been to see Candy and her staff now twice and my next visit next week will make it more than I have gone to anyone! I just got a bad feeling while I was there at posh and let’s be honest who wants to spend their hard earned money and give it to a place that cannot even smile at you and ask how you are?! Nicole Allen salon run by (Candy) who’s the best provides me that and much more, I had just about every one of the staff that day working or touching my head as well as accommodating me by continuing to work on my hair and squeeze me inbetween their appointments. Thank you so much and I look forward to next week! 😘😍
