Moved to Pensacola area recently and after researching salons I decided to try Volume One. I have short hair and am particular about my cut and color. Liz is great! She takes the time to listen to find out your style and what you want. The salon is modern and funky, great vibe

Clean, professional, groovy , fun and friendly. Terrific service and product. The only place I would have my hair styled in Pensacola. They are a teaching salon, they win competitions (local and national)..I've never seen or had a bad cut or color from Volume One. My stylist is Jared. Love this Salon. Highly recommend!!!!

The stylist completely dropped the ball, as if he didn't hear a single word of my request. I even showed him a photo of what I wanted. He rips out the electric shears and mows down the sides to where you could actually see my scalp. Top was uneven and poorly blended. The shampoo and massage was great, which is the only reason he got a tip. Worst. Haircut. Ever.

Fabulous! Just moved to the area. I love my new, updated style and American Wave. Cortney Cosby did a great job! Highly recommend, even if you are older.

Awesome salon! I'm new to the area and I'm very picky about my hair. I have been with my previous stylist for almost 10 years. Trying to find a new place and stylist I was comfortable with I thought would be a huge challenge. After reading all the reviews, I decided to give Volume One a try. Glad I did! Staff is very friendly. Mary is great and she listened to my requests and fixed my hair after a long hiatus and it being neglected (while I was relocating) Service and quality is top notch, and pricing is less than what I expected. Already have my next appointment scheduled!
