Male with long hair to mid back. Nov 16th went in as a "walk in" , left my Poodle next door to visit her dog friend. Girl appeared behind desk, asked for a Cut, said sure. Huge Mistake! Could have done it myself, better. No wash or shampoo, sat down in chair & Debrah began Pulling my Hair Out with her comb. No Detangler, Nothing! As she pulled my Hair Out with her comb,"do you have a sensitive scalp? I wanted to tell her Yea, but your pulling my Hair Out at the folicol..... 6-8 times she pulled my head over with her comb stuck in a tangle, did she stop to Detangle? No! Did she spray a detangler?No! Tried to blame me for Sensitive scalp! Heck, She was Pulling My Hair Out! Then just made about 3-4 Staight Cuts & Finished! Even as I requested Hair over ears and layered to Shaggy Style..... Ended up with a blocked Mullet... No Layering , Poor, very UNPROFESSIONAL, should Not have tipped her, while leaving, I saw another girl and looking at the 2 of them, I realized, what a mistake I'd made! They looked Hungover from a 3 Day Bingg.... Won't Go Back! Wish I'd knew her Hair Lic #, I'd Report Her! Good Grief ,Deb, take more Pride in Yourself & Profession! You Knew What a Lousy Cut You Gave Me ..... Shame on You! Get it Together.....
