I went to the salon to have my nails done. I was looking for a new place and decided to give this one a try as I had never been. Andy sat me down and started grinding my nails until they BURNED with the file. He applied tips too large and did one hand of acrylic before pushing me out of seat and putting another client in my chair. While I was up I picked a color and waited for him to finish the other client. The applied the acrylic to my other hand when I was finally able to sit back down and drilled them, painted them, I sat at the cramped dryer that was covered in animal hair, and shortly after headed to my car to go home. I looked at my nails and they were HORRIBLE. The acrylic didn’t cover my entire nail on some nails, they had dogs from the drill and weren’t even remotely smooth, acrylic also overlapped onto my skin on nearly every single finger. Today as I wrote this it’s been six days and all of my nails have fallen off on their own with minimal wear. I will firmly say, you get what you pay for.
