I walked in last minute in a rush, Stephanie was on her way out. She dropped what she was doing and took me in, she was very kind and professional. She has won me over, I will now and forever be a repeat customer. Thank you so much Stephanie you did a great job! You're the best! I'll see you next time.

My mother made an appointment last week to get her hair done. The stylist tells her to be there at 8 that morning. My mother waited 2 hours and no one showed up and once someone did show up they said that that certain stylist would be late and to come back the next day for another stylist to do her hair. Come to find out the first stylist "forgot" she made the appointment. Then tells my mother to come back today, waited at the shop for 3 hours nobody asked if she needed help or anything. My mother still hasn't gotten any responses from her via text/call. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
