The pedicures are great and they do the best dip nails in town. I like the fact that they use the plastic liners in the foot baths because no one wants nail fungus. The best part about this place is that children must be receiving a service or they're not allowed. When I go to relax and get a pedicure the last thing I want is kids running and screaming around the nail salon while their parent(s) are receiving services. Not only is it a hazard to the kids, because they could get into something that might harm them, but it's annoying to people who want to get their nails done and relax in a quiet and tranquil environment.

Every time I get waxed here itâ€™s either too hot of wax or very harsh chemicals but my skin reacts terribly. Tried it three times same result only at this salon. Also for a pedicure with gel polish itâ€™s 90$! If you want your eyebrows waxed perfectly and a good pedicure for not a crazy amount of money go to elegant nails in North Pole. Always amazing job and low price!

Tiffany is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! She did wonders on my color and style & I love the way she perfects my lashes! The environment is very welcoming & the staff is great! I go there for all my beauty needs!

The last two times I have gone with friends their nail technician has been rude, interruptive, and negative. He shoots down anything anybody says around him and is constantly telling everyone they are wrong even in conversations that weren't directed at him. Today I called to make an appointment. The individual told me if I wanted to come in today I could just walk in at any time. I showed up within an hour and she told me they wouldn't be able to get me in until 6. I told her she told me to walk-in whenever today and she responds with that's not an appointment. Which, I am not arguing, but don't tell me to come in whenever and then when I walk in tell me I can't get in for 3 hours, let me know on the phone if you walk-in today it will likely be a wait unless you come in after 6. I am done experiencing the rudeness and general lack of care of their clients from this nail salon, I immediately called and booked an appointment at another salon in town. I won't be back. Thanks.
