Sandy the owner cut my wife's hair and my wife is a hairdresser. She asked for a simple relayering of her hair and a trim. She slide cut her hair, which is a no no for curly hair, and she wound up giving my wife a mullet. Sandy kept saying how hungry she was, obviously not paying attention to what she was doing. Though my wife asked for a refund, they refused to give back the $50. They claimed it was the haircut my wife asked for. Really? A mullet and shag cut? Disgusted. Planning to report this business to the BBB. As her husband, I thought my wife's haircut looked totally ridiculous. Before it looked beautiful, long and thick, afterward it looked like my wife had stuck her finger into an electrical socket.

Rachel left my hair blue with orange roots. She gave me her number but any attempts to reach out to her were ignored. Was a simply blonde roots touchup.

This place was terrible. I went in to get my cartlige pierced and they completely messed it up. For starters, they used a piercing gun, instead of a hollow needle, which I learned later can actually severely damage your cartlige and, is even illegal in some states. Secondly, they pierced it much lower than I had asked and only had one choice in earring to put in, which was an ugly, huge, gold ball. Finally, a few days later my ear became severely infected and so swollen that I couldn’t even take the earring out. My cartlige is permentaly damaged and when I went in to explain what happened they told me it was not their fault and they would not refund the $50 they charged me. Don’t let them pierce your ears.

Kayla is my stylist and she always gives me what I want! I've never had a bad haircut! She's very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced! The salon is clean and stylish and the prices are Juneau prices. I also like Sandra she's trendy and always put together. Love this salon! Best one in town
