I visited the salon today in hopes of getting highlights. They were fully booked. Michelle apologized and tried to schedule another appointment. I took a walk through the store and she came after me to tell me her client canceled and she was able to accommodate me. I was thrilled that she took the time to find me. She consulted me professionally then proceeded to color and cut my hair! Wow. She was amazing and explained every step. Thank you Michelle. You made my day.

2nd time I go there for a perm and my hair gets fried and falls out. 1st time 2 years ago, this time for my daughters wedding. Had Great Clips cut off the overprocessed hair which was nearly 3 inches. Ended up with no curl and straight ends.. The stylist was very nice but please listen to your customers since we know our own hair. Very disappointed

It is easy to make appointments at the salon online. Staff is friendly. Prices are normal. Stylists are talented and do a great job.

I'm giving the salon itself this rating as most were generous and helpful. HOWEVER, I had such an awful experience today. I got there 10 minutes early, but had to wait 40 minutes to get in the chair! I let it go because I heard the other person came in late for their appointment. (Tho she should've still skipped her in my opinion, why should I be punished for someone else?) Anyways, I was patient and kind. But then I felt like she was rushing me to get back to her other client! Couldn't do an undercut design that I wanted to try. But I said it's okay just shave it all off. Then I went to pay and I was trying to fix my hair because my pony tail felt loose. She cut a lot of my longer hair off!!! It fell off into my hand. I proceeded to ask the receptionist if it looked okay. (Wasn't sure how bad it was) she said she couldn't tell. But after I got home and had family look at it and take a picture for me to better see I was DEVASTATED. So it's this rating for the rest of the salon taking care of it and giving me my money back. But as for Erica, I'm sorry I will no longer be back, I give you a 1.

I just wanted a hair cut but I got something else so now I have to wait for my hair to grow the same length I don’t think I’ll be cutting my hair again. My hair is long now I have some hair in some places that are shorter now I’ll just have to hide it till it grows again.
