Had the worst experience just trying to get a decent set of nails. After seeing the great reviews I was hopeful I found a place to get several of my personal service needs done, not just nails. Sadly the mining was a disappointment. The nail tech was 15 min late and stoned to the point of smelling like she bathed in bong water. I don't care if someone partakes but it's not professionally to show up to work that way. The was rude, acted like she didn't want to be there and then tells me she can't do anything but same color dip. Never heard of that, where only 1 way can be done, after soaking my nails for no reason. So I left. The owner was nice, offered to schedule for me for another day for her and to go back in for the pedicure. I agreed but when I walked in to the shop after her I walked in to a shit- talking session so I decided to pass. Why have someone work on you that from the start made it clear that they didn't want to. Just wow! I work in a professional service industry and there's no way I could show up to a client appointment doing any of the actions that took place. Like I said, it's too bad because I was interested in several other of the shops services offered. But trust is huge with a service company and at the moment they lost mine by how this was handled.

I've been looking for a place like this for ages. All staff are friendly and professional. Lori does my nails with the new dipping process and my nails have never been so carefree without any breaking or lifting. She is a jewel and I've never been happier with a nail professional than I am with her. Just started having Maggie color and perm my hair and again I've been searching for a long time to find a hair stylist who makes me love how my hair looks. Thanks ladies ... you all do a great job.
