Hairdresser was getting her hair done rather than waiting on customers. My friend and I were next in line for cuts and when she was finished getting her own hair colored she took another lady ahead of us to do a hair color on her. Asked her how long it would take before she had time for us and she said an hour. We left and won't be back! Poor customer care!

OMG, WORST EVER. F has been w this company for over 10 years. Left black hair dye all in my ear, on my hairline, face, and forehead. She managed to wipe 1/2 my face makeup off and spray water down my collar n shirt, but didn't bother to take off the dye w remover. ?? She then cut my curly hair n combed it thru w a blow dryer, and was like, "there you go, wanna see it?" I'm looking in the mirror w my hair shaped like a fuzzy triangle, like, "um, it has to be flat ironed, i can't wear it like this." N she's like, "i just wanted u to see the cut. What? Did u want me to flat iron it?" Wtf? Has anyone ever gotten their hair dyed n cut w/o the stylist fixing it???? Calling the company now. 😠😠😠

Requested a medium length hairstyle, practically got shaved. I even had a picture for reference, came out nothing like I bloodied like it. Whats more agonizing is how the person tending to my hair said, and I quote "I'm a girl, I'll know what looks good on you." I hate it, everyone I know hates my hair now . Screw this place.

Just HORRIBLE took my son here showed a picture of his normal cut of himself and how he likes it and she doesn't know what she's doing by the cut she gave him my son is crying that she butchered his hair and didn't offer to give him his money back NEVER AGAIN will I bring my child here my poor son
