First of all i would like to say that the service provided by the Stylist Nikki was excellent. I told her how i wanted my hair cut and she proceed to carry out my wishes. My hair looked great, i think I've found my new go-to hair salon. I went to get my hair cut yesterday and was greeted by a stylist name Samantha. Samantha was friendly but did a horrible job cutting my hair. I asked for 1/2" remaining on my sides and 1" remaining on the top. The end result was a completely uneven hair cut with about 1 1/2" - 2" remaining on the top. ( wasn't able to see the correct length in the salon due to the hair product used.) This wasn't too bad, I've had worse cuts in the past. Nothing to write a bad review about. What topped it off is that my girlfriend just got a cut and color there today. Guess who her stylist was? Samantha. Well, again folks a terrible job was done. My girlfriends bangs were absolutely uneven. She ended up implementing a style on my girlfriend's hair that was not wanted and honestly looked like a a freak accident caused by a 10 yr old with children's scissors while mommy was sleeping. Moral of the story folks, the JCPenny Salon is a great place to get your hair cut just don't let Samantha touch your hair.
