A little known perk of headfirst day spa is Michele, their aesthetician, who is a wonderful addition to their staff. Micheleâ€˜s challenge with facials, waxing and electrolysis are second to none! If you havenâ€™t seen Michele for electrolysis â€“ youâ€™re missing out!

I have never felt more disrespected by a salon in my entire life. I called to make a reservation with Brea and they told me to call her because she has her book. I called her and she didn't answer so I left a voicemail with my name and number. After 5 hours of no response (9 AM - 2 PM) I called the salon back to tell them. They apologized, took my name and number, and said they would have her call me. I did't hear from Brea or the salon for the rest of the day. The next morning I called them back to tell them what had happened. While I was talking I could here them having a side conversation so I stopped and waited for their attention. Instead, they put me on hold. Once I was off hold they told me they would have Brea call me. I said I didn't want a reservation anymore and I just wanted to let them know I am very upset I was unable to get the service I was hoping for. The man gave me so much attitude I had no choice but to hang up on him. Do not go here.
