Unreliable stylist

I have been with Greg for 15 years. During that time I have had many friends stop seeing him because he cancelled last minute or just didn’t show up. He has done this to me as well. But today was over the top. I came in 5 minutes early. He had someone in his chair. He told me he didn’t have time for me. Although we had scheduled the appointment ten days in advance. That he was tired (10 am) and wanted to go to a graduation party for his niece. He yelled at me stating he was having a lifestyle change and that people were dying out there! The irony is, he knew I had just driven 2 hours to be on time, because I have been working as a doctor with COVID patients in Phoenix. Now I have to drive 2 hours back for nothing and no hair cut. Done with that. My time is valuable too.

I don't want to give everyone a bad review at this salon, but Greg Jaramillo is awful. He does good hair, but has stood me up on appointments MULTIPLE TIMES. He has cancelled on me a total of 5 times. He never even cancelled on two of those appointments, just decided to not show up. We texted him multiple times before our last appointment to see if he would be there, he didn't reply until 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment, and said "I'd wait another 15 minutes". We were waiting outside in the rain, and he didn't even have the courtesy to show up. Never recommending anyone to him.

Lauren in an absolutely awesome nail tech! I ALWAYS come out feeling good and happy with her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone who want to spoil themselves at such a good price.
