Hands down some of the nicest people I've met. Mrs. Gail is hilarious and welcoming, and T(Don't want to mess up the name)......she did great on starting my dreads! Can't wait until they mature. Prices are great as well! See you in 6 weeks! Thank you very much. Light and Love Tony

So I usually don't do reviews but I wanted to express how absolutely satisfied I was with not only my new hair do, which was done exactly how I wanted and quicker than I expected, but also how nice, welcoming and professional the ladies at this shop are. I will definitely be going back whenever I am in town and I recommend this shop for anyone looking to get their hair done. Thank you ladies !

Very disappointed and superbly dissatisfied! I write this review in hopes to save you time, pain, a pretty penny & most importantly - hair! I had the idea to treat myself have and have my hair braided in a style I found on pintrest, but still keeping it simple. That's what I hoped & paid for, but did not receive😕 I had an appointment to which upon arrival I'm told it would be a 1 hour wait. Wait, what?! Next, they said someone else could do my hair, but yet had to convince the lady right in front of me. Now, that should have been my second sign to get the hecks on out of there, but I was really looking forward to the transformation & I sat my behind down anyway. (Stupid, stupid, stuuupid!) Let me tell you - I mean it when I say, lesson learned! Can you say YANK Town! I swear the braider combed & pulled my hair out to sell it! Im pretty sure I saw her packaging it up before I left. (J/K- I laugh now, but nooo, totally not funny at the time.) Anyway, I could feel her snagging so much of my hair I could cry. Not due to the pain, but just the way she treated my hair, as though it was nothing! I've been growing my hair for years and try my best to keep it healthy. Again, the pain didn't bother me as much, it was the fact that I'm paying about 100 dollars for you to braid my natural hair, no extensions, hear you complain about how hard it is to braid my hair, and on top of that you yank the bejesus out of my scalp-while rushing to get to the next person mind you.Here's what I don't understand- if you know you are braiding someone's hair without extensions, wouldn't it be considerate to, call me crazy - detangle the darn hair?! Properly? Not, Snag, yank, RIP, snag, yank, snag, RIP! Snag, yank, RIP, snag, yank, snag, RIP! I told myself to hang in there, the results would pay off. I was wrong! It was no where near the design i showed the braider & she said she could do. Liiiar! If you can't do what I'm showing you, maybe you can suggest what you CAN do. Then I'LL make my decision from there. Honestly, I feel I could of saved time, pain & money if the girl just pulled out the Clippers and shaved me bald! Sadly, I seriously think I would be less irritated. Another part of my lesson is to speak up if you are uncomfortable. I almost stopped her in the beginning due to the yanking, but didn't. It progressed to RIPPING. I had to offer to detangle my own hair. My fault, I was hoping the results be better. I am paying with my hard earned cash. The customer is the one leaving with that literally painful experience. I can gaurentee you the braider will not remember my name. My meekness, some would say cowardness in action caused me to suffer, but never again! I was seriously disturbed by the service delivery - just no heart. I can honestly say, I was not expecting that. I though I was going to leave that place with a big smile on my face because I had a professional do my hair. Each time I looked at my braided hair, I'd become pissed all over :o{ l went home and took out each & every darn braid that night! I hope this helps you. Take care of yourself and each of your beautiful god-given hairs, from your nose to your toes!
