I was excited and really looking forward to a "Rocking Hairstyle by a Rocking Hairstylist" when I read the ad in the paper! I was supremely disappointed when I walked out with a bad trim from the nail tech. And when I mentioned that I wanted more than a trim, the answer I received was simply rude. That was a highly misleading ad and a typical Havasu letdown.
