I didn't want to give it that 1 star but I had to in order to even write this review. She's just persistent in taking your money but does a horrible JOB and refuses to fix or tighten up. Comes at you with some b.s. excuses. 2 braids she had to do and couldn't complete that right and actually said she CAN'T DO IT TIGHTER! She does only what she wants to do not what you tell her you want done as a paying customer. Horrible professionalism.

She's been doing my hair for 2 years now & she's amazing! I'm half-black half-white and if you can imagine my hair texture is a lot different from both ethnicities so it's hard to find someone who knows how to work with my hair,I've been doing my own hair because of that she's the first person I've ever left work on my hair and I trusted her and she's done a great job,that is the only place I will go to get my hair done.

Don't waste your time going here, the owner is content to take your money and insult you at the same time. The quality of their work is sub-par at best. This salon is only in existence because black women in Phoenix don't have hair dressing options. I have never met a more backward person and unprofessional business owner. I would rate it a zero if that were possible. Patronize this establishment at your own risk.
