I went to hair affair and it was the worst experience of my life. First, the lady that did my hair was wasted on something. She fell asleep while she was highlighting my hair. No joke!! I felt her fall over on me and then she said Oh I am sorry, I am a little tired. She was in the middle of highlighting my hair when this was happening. She begged with me not to tell anyone about her nap during my hair coloring. I didn't know what to do.... half of my hair was pulled through the cap with color on it. Once I was finished.. I rushed out in humilation! My hair looked like I was ready to participate in a circus. I cried all the wasy home. I called and talked to the owner of the establishment. She basically argued with me and told me that I was crazy. She refused to give me my money back. She said I could come back in and get my hair fixed. Yeah right, I am really gonna let them touch my hair again. I suggest to anyone..NEVER EVER USE THIS HAIR SALON!!!!!!!!!!! The owner is obviously not a very good business person. If you ignore this message and use this salon, well, I hope the best for you.
