The stylist blatantly ignored all of my instructions and cut off six months worth of healthy hair that I told him to "very lightly trim". He ruined my hair before my vacation. It looks completely ridiculous and there's absolutely no way to fix it. I will NEVER get my hair done here again and I encourage everyone to avoid this place as well. Easily the worst service I have ever received.

The quality of this place is poor. Worst hair salon to go to in Cabot due to inexperience of employees and lack of quality they give in hair cuts. Horrible customer service I've ever had to deal with. Several times I received hair cuts there and each time I left disappointed. Hair is left uneven from a simple fade, the length is left short on one side compared to the other half. I now go to another salon but I recommend no one ever step foot in this God awful place.

I always used then because they are conveniently located inside Wal-Mart. No longer will I . I have a problem with the sides of the top of my hair wanting to stick straight out. And they never cut my hair right. I have to go back five days later and get the sides trimmed again even though the top is still fine.
