My husband and I were walk-ins at the Cutting Edge recently. We had to wait an hour before someone could give my husband a haircut. He only wanted a simple haircut, nothing else. It took the stylist TWO hours to give him a haircut, something that usually takes twenty minutes at the most. I was also going to get a trim while there, but the other two ladies working there weren't "good" with trims. So, they wanted me to wait for the lady cutting my husband's hair. Needless to say, after waiting for a total of three hours for a chance to get my haircut, I just gave up, and we left as soon as my husband was done. I give them two stars since the stylists were at least somewhat friendly, but my husband and I will be getting our haircuts elsewhere from now on.

I have only been there twice and I will never go to another salon again. The people there are very friendly but yet professional. My hair stylist is a terrific person and I know that I will never be mislead or steered into the wrong direction.
