I got my haircut here, as a guy I was a little uncomfortable with the idea of going to a chick salon... but it wasn't that bad, and no one made fun of me.

I called the store asking for baylage ombrÃ© with a picture of myself from 2 years ago from a stylish at the same salon. I got an appointment for the same day with Brittany she was very pregnant and gave me something completely diffrent then what I asked for and I didnâ€™t notice till I got home in the light. I messaged her and told her this isnâ€™t want I wanted and she was like come in I will fix it I told her no I would like a refund do to the fact she already cut half my hair off and gave me a foiled highlights and toned me grey. I donâ€™t want to do anything else to my hair to damage it and make it worse so I asked for a refund and she started making all these excuses which is wrong does she not understand usage just messed up the hair I have to live with attached are photos from what I wanted and what I got
