I've had my hair done by Ana many times and I can say that she is the most professional thoughtful person I've ever had work on my hair. She always makes sure that you understand exactly what she is going to do with your hair and that you are comfortable and happy. I've had both the Japanese and Brazilian straightening done. The Japanese straightening takes a lot longer than the Brazilian, but both are very good with similar results. Main difference is that the Japanese process tends to permanently change the treated hair while the Brazilian wears off after a few months. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a good straightening solution. Without her, my hair would be a mess!
