I’ve never ordered anything online from Ulta that I’ve wanted to return before. In other words I was never faced with the enormous inconvenience of getting a full refund. I went to the store so I didn’t end up loosing more money by paying to ship the product back. Well I still have the broken product because the person “helping” me was trying to rip me off. They refused to give me the full refund because it’s “not the policy” to add shipping onto it. I used some money in points that took it off of the full purchase price, not the actual products, or so it said in the confirmation email. Their advice was to ship it back to the company. When I told them that I would loose more money that way they said that those were my only options. As if they don’t adjust the price of products for people that are faced with false advertising, they’ve done it for me in the past. But the person “helping” me was one of the managers and said it wasn’t possible. I’m sure they were blowing me off because I was being rude, but I’m sure they would be just as frustrated if they were getting a lot less than they paid for the horrible product.
