First time going inside for a decent service, ended up leaving berry unhappy. I ask for a nice fade came out horrible, I ask if I could go back the next Saturday morning to see if they could get it fix. It was a waste of time, i came out with the same exact fade if not worst. I will definitely never go back to this place again they definitely don't know how to do great fades. Berry disappointed

I had multiple horrible experiences at the Rohnert Park Great Clips. (See my review for their store, it's bad.) We used to live in Windsor, but moved to Sebastopol, near Cotati and thought the RP salon would be the same as the Windsor salon, but it's not. I had my hair butchered by Kitty in RP and I was just sick about it. I'd been trying to grow it out for months, since the last time Kitty butchered it in September. Don't know why I always get her... Anywho... I emailed their manager and she did give me a $25.00 refund. Now to the Windsor salon... I decided to drop in while I was in town for another appointment and see if they could do something to fix my disaster of a haircut that left me looking like I had a crooked brown helmet stuck to my head. I asked for Jenna, because she has always done an excellent job cutting my hair in the past. I'm so thankful for her!!! She not only did an excellent job fixing my hair, but they didn't charge me for the cut, and I can actually style it! The staff is always so nice and I will be making the trip back to Windsor for my next haircut.
