Horrible service!!! I regret booking it 🤢🤮. They butchered and burned my hair on top of over pricing me for a hand full of highlights. I couldn’t believe they were Aveda after I saw the results because they are not Aveda quality and don’t live up to the name. I would have gotten a better hair cut at super cuts for half the price. Super unprofessional staff and establishment is dirty. The blonde who did my hair even had her son running around in the salon. Forget customer service because it doesn’t exist there. I wish I went to another salon. Strands of hair are out of place. For example: the sideburns longer than the actual cut. I have photos as evidence of burned strands that were 3 inches long at the crown of my head because the ends dissolved as she was distracted with her phone and son running around. She made my hair look white. Horrible ! horrible! service on top of her ego.

I got to Palm Springs from New York and was looking for a Hair Salon on Google maps. Luckily I chose Aveda Enso. Raelynn applied my highlights and the result was what I wanted. She is a good stylist and knows how to blend colors and listens to your suggestions before going ahead with the process. Best of all is her amazing joyful personality and sense of humor . To me it was a free gift with my appointment. Will definitely be a return customer.
