I was charged 150 dollars for basically nothing. 5 hours of my day wasted. I made it clear to the lady doing my hair (the owner) that I was in for something new and different. I walked out with 150 dollars less and looked exactly the same if not worse.

I understand that people get tired due to our stressful job. But what right does the massage therapist from Mosaic Salon have to raise her voice to her client, for misunderstanding the difference between the sports massage to a relaxation massage? Ms. Misty told her client to go to massage envy, because she was not the one she was looking for. I don't understand why Mosaic Salon is keeping her with that kind of attitude.
