I had a great experience here. The owner, Michelle is very knowledgeable and patient about her job and has a great personality. There is also another hairdresser there who is super helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon.

This place is terrible. Absolutely no customer service and the lady that touched my hair totally destroyed it. If you're looking for a certain style, show them a picture of something the complete opposite and they'll nail it on the dot. Seriously though, save your money and emotions and just go somewhere else.

Horrible costumer service!!! DONT GO HERE unless you want attitude and unprofessional service! Had to pay for a better haircut for a small price then I paid here and showed an image of what I wanted and the result was nothing like it!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD GET SHUT DOWN! Where should I start? This is actually the first review I have ever done. But I feel that by letting people know about this experience I can help you guys avoid this place.😣 They have a child (probably not even 17) working the register and boy does she have an attitude. That child had her boyfriend over while working her whole shift and the owners allowed that! WHAT A JOKE. Horrible customer service! They left my hair bleaching for way to long! The girl with the pink and black hair did my hair and she was way more interested in texting and being on social media then actually doing my hair correctly. I guess that’s why my hair got over bleached. Now I have to cut my hair to make it healthier. When they were washing my hair they were trying to get shampoo out of an already empty shampoo bottle. Cheap much? After paying $300 you guys couldn’t open a new shampoo bottle? They didn’t take ownership for ruining my natural hair.... a picture was promised and I got the complete opposite. Texted Michelle (who said was the owner or co owner ) the same day they did my hair. I sent her a picture of how damaged my hair was and how it was the complete opposite of what I wanted. I was going to give them a chance to fix it BUT she ignored me. I went to the salon and the next day she left me a voicemail saying she heard that I went to the salon. She declined to give me my money back and just made excuses! She told me she was to busy to get back to me, but she wasn’t to busy to take my money. Now I understand why her partner talked so bad about her. She said she was always MIA and never took responsibility and didn’t even care! Very unprofessional Michelle! 🧐 So I basically threw $300 in the trash because of this so call “professional hairstylists”. I guess you don’t have to know what you’re doing to work at a hair salon or own one! 😂😂😂 Ended up going to an actual profesional hairstylist in PD and he saw my hair and apologized! He said they don’t know what they are doing or they didn’t even try! I will post the picture of what they did to my hair. 😭😭😭 SO PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE WITH BETTER REVIEWS AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙌🏼💕 Save your hair, your friend’s hair and family’s hair 😳😔🙅🏻‍♀️❌❌❌
