I went in today with my daughter and my nephew. The stylist, Jeff, was the only one working. There was one person ahead of us, and no one behind us waiting. He had zero personality towards myself or the kids. But they wanted the cut done, so we stayed. He either didn't wash my daughter's hair good, or didn't rinse it out.. because when I straightened it tonight, underneath was extremely caked with grease. Mind you, the only reason I had him wash her hair was because I wanted to see if their product worked better for her because her hair is so thick and curly. I tried explaining what I wanted with both kids, he really had no experience with thinning girls hair. However, he did do the cut well. I showed him a photo of what I wanted for my nephew, and he basically gave my nephew the same cut he has. BUT...it still looks good. It just bothered me how incredibly off he was. Why leave someone alone at a salon that isn't accustomed to doing all styles? Probably will not be returning.

You get what you pay for. Not a bad haircut. Not great either. Staff is friendly.

The new girl Kelly is Amazing with my Hair. She layered and style it with curls. I tip her well. And the staff is amazing. I wouldn't let anyone convince me otherwise.
