Absolutely awful. I’ve gone here a few times, and had a good experience, but I went recently and it was quite the opposite . I asked for a small trim and very slight tapering in the front. I have asked many many hairstylists for the same thing and they have all done it with he same technique. The girl that did my hair would not listen to me and what I wanted . She was too busy talking to her other coworkers . I kept telling her over and over, “I do not want it any shorter, please don’t cut anymore off.” But what I wanted didn’t matter. She lifted up my hair and cut THREE MORE INCHES off. The front of my hair looks like a five year old cut it straight off. I was absolutely devastated . It took everything I had to not start crying in the chair. After this, I went back to the Solon to get my money back. I won’t be able to wear my hair down for a very long time, due to my hair never growing fast. She has totally ruined my self esteem , and I am going to talk to her manager and get her fired. She should not be a hairstylist. I do not recommend going to this Solon.

Over 5 hours to do highlights which turned out orange. Had to go somewhere else so they could fix my hair.

Great haircut, very disappointing customer service. Stylist would leave for long amounts of time and refer to my hair as a “problem” would not recommend and will not be coming back.
