Never again. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for a haircut. Since they do not offer a waiting area for their customers, I had to wander the mall for 20 minutes before returning for my haircut. I stood there ignored for 2 minutes or so, watching the girl sweep hair and finish socializing before she turns to me and says, "um, i forgot that i have to take lunch now, can you come back in another 30 minutes or so?" Absolutely not. Not only will I not come back in 30 minutes ,I will never come back to this establishment again. There are at least 3 more places within a mile of here to chose from. I would give a 0 star rating if I could.

Went in for a hair cut, they cut it shorter than why I wanted. I also heard the employees talking about pricing for different things they do, and they said they don't have set prices they charge whatever they feel like. I didn't care for that.
