When I first ever walked into this Salon I was in heaven because I saw a HUGE display of Morocccanoil, which I have always had a hard time finding, certainly never expected to find it in this tiny town of Cotati! Brandy was my stylist and she did a fabulous job on my thick, course, curly hair. I have now been going to Moxie for a few years and have never had a bad experience. Although I have only gone back and had Brandy cut and style my hair, all the ladies in there are a lot of fun to chat with and I've never heard anyone upset about the service. I have recommended friends and will continue to recommend Moxie to anyone who wants a quality haircut, style, or Brazllian Blowout. This is a great place, with wonderful stylist, a clean environment and excellent service!

This may be the worst $40 + tip haircut I have ever have. When I left the salon my hair looked great. I guess the use of potions, lotions and wax, plus the straightening iron did the trick. Since then, I have washed and attempted to style my hair and it just looks weird. I have the type of hair that can air dry and still look okay. Now I spend too much time trying to make it look reasonably. good I found the stylist to be loud, opinionated, brassy. If the hair looked great I could take this personality. Since the hair looks like crap and the stylist was abrasive....NO going back! When I first arrived at the shop ALL the stylists were loud, brassy and opinionated. Most of them mellowed out and quieted down once the customers arrived. I am normally easy to please or at least can tolerate some imperfection with a first time stylist. Now I am just fuming mad.
