Our son got haircut at Great Clips in Rohnert Park today. Alison (Aly) did amazing job. She did exactly how my son wanted. Aly is very nice, very professional, and very skilled in doing her job. We thank Aly lot for making great hair style for our son.

Really great experience, well mannered kind staff. I'm a guy who just wants a number one all around. My hair stylist noticed I had some dry skin on my scalp and recommended me a good solution. Been going to this location since I was a teenager. I'm now in my twenties, and the quality is still, " Great"

This place takes notes on your hair cut so the next person cutting it will understand what to do with your hair...thats awesome to me

The experience with the extremely rude, unprofessional women at this location was ridiculous. They destroyed my sons hair the day before Xmas eve. & stated they were happy & glad to take my money & make me pay for the most awful haircut that they know they did to my teen son. I asked the lady if there was a coupon I could use. She was rude as soon as she opened her mouth. She blamed my son for screwing up his hair. She said he could sit in her chair to fix it. He did not want to get back in the electric chair again for them to ruin even more. The women also refused to social distance & got about 1 foot away from me about to put her hands on me. Yes I was extremely irate when she came at with an attitude as soon as I walked in the door. They clearly have no customer service, whatsoever. The women that work there are very horrible people. Unfortunately, I did not get their names. Bottom line, if you do not know how to cut hair when it is specified what was to be done. Just admit you don't know how or can't do it. I should never have had to pay for them destroying his hair. That is so wrong. I literally wanted to give them a chance. Never again. & I DO NOT recommend them to anyone.
